Accessibility statement

We aim for Oxonia Govern — the website, web app and the Boardroom and AI Hub apps — to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

• Colour is never the only signal: statuses always carry a text label.
• Touch targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels, and all features can be used with a keyboard, including the minutes editor and voting.
• Votes and controls have screen-reader labels, and charts have text alternatives.
• Animations respect the “reduce motion” setting.
• The interface is available in English, French, Portuguese and Arabic, with right-to-left layout for Arabic.
• Formal documents use a large, readable serif style and can be printed or exported.

Some uploaded documents, such as scanned historic minutes, may not be fully accessible until text is extracted. Recorded audio depends on the transcript for access; transcripts can be corrected in the minutes editor.
